  • For website software products using hosting at Panpic, we will provide free warranty and maintenance throughout the running process.

  1. Forms of Warranty and Maintenance

  • Panpic's technical staff will fix errors or problems with the website upon notification from the customer.
  • Forms of remote support such as, Email, Phone, Teamviewer, Skype, Zalo or Panpic's Ticket management support software with simple errors.
  1. Warranty Scope

  • Limited warranty service to fix website function errors built by Panpic (Functions stated in service contract No. ……/HDDV2016).
  • Cases not covered by the warranty: 
    • Errors of other programs, system software, server operating system configuration, network software, etc
    • Data and hardware errors.
    • Errors due to improper operation, due to carelessness, or dropping the bridge.
    • The error was caused by the customer arbitrarily interfering with the programming code files.
    • Errors caused by fire accidents or natural disasters caused by the environment.
